We are always up to date on FESP products and able to provide technical support within 24 hours of requesting assistance. Furthermore, our testing department is always available to satisfy any unexpected customer needs, from machine breakdown to peak production.

Each mold is supplied with maintenance instructions and best maintenance practices. When production runs are high, it is our practice to offer a total cleaning service and inspection of consumables once a year to keep the mold in like-new condition.

For large runs it is our practice to supply 25% to 50% of the spare parts along with the mold, and even more upon request. This allows to minimize machine downtime and be able to proceed easily with the replacement of damaged and/or worn components. Upon request, your technician can be our guest to see the correct way to replace the components.

We also develop functional prototypes for short runs or the development of a new product. Prototypes for short runs are generally made full-length, while for the new product development we replicate the industrial approach at scale.
